Liber Pro offers an accessible rendition of the 1961 Liber Usualis, a comprehensive compilation featuring over 2,300 pages of Gregorian Chant for liturgical purposes. This digital version caters to users on iOS devices such as the iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. Enhancements include a linked table of contents, customizable bookmarks, various navigation options including vertical and horizontal paging and zooming, as well as a dynamic liturgical calendar.
This application transcends the basic functionalities of an eBook by integrating a complete 1961 Roman Calendar. This feature enables automatic calculation of moveable feasts throughout the liturgical calendar year. Users can effortlessly select a date, access information on proper, common, and feria for that day, and promptly navigate to the corresponding pages within the Liber Usualis.
